Perspectives is an intensive 15-week course on missions that addresses the Biblical mandate for missions; History of missions; cross-cultural communication of the Gospel, and mission strategy.
Who should take Perspectives? Anyone who wants a closer walk with the Lord, who is serious about gaining a deeper understanding of His ultimate purpose in the world. It's for people who want to learn how to strategically invest their lives in seeing God glorified; for anyone who wants to gain insight and direction that will help them have an impact on their generation.
Since 1974, more than 70,000 believers in North America have experienced the Perspectives course. Perspectives is taught by professors, missionaries and teachers who have seen God at work all over the world. In 15 lessons, you'll engage with a range of dynamic speakers. Weekly readings and study will help you dig even deeper. During the course you will participate in reaching the nations by researching an unreached people group.
Perspectives has been endorsed by Campus Crusade, The Navigators, Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Wycliffe Bible Translators, the Southern Baptist Convention and a host of other missionary organizations, denominations and pastors. The course can be taken for undergraduate and graduate college credit, for certificate or audit.
