
Dinner for Six- Summer 2025 A casual dinner and conversation with five (or so) others from the FRAC Family. Dinner for Six is an easy way to extend the Sunday morning conversations and get to know more people at FRAC. Dates: June 28, July 19, August 16 Time: 6:00pm Location: Various Homes Adults only, please. If you need help arranging a babysitter for your children, please email Tiffany Shannon. How does Dinner for Six work? Sign up to attend or host any or all of the dates (please sign up sooner rather than later). Hosting: Tiffany Shannon will let you know ASAP if/when you are hosting. Attending: You'll be notified about a week before about your assigned home. The host will contact you to plan the meal. Most hosts will ask each person to bring a side dish or dessert for the meal while others will prepare the entire meal.

Join us for a FRAC family pool party! Thanks to Tim & Meaghan Hart for hosting the third annual FRAC Pool Party at the Valley Swim Club (1111 N 31st St). We will have exclusive use of the pool and playground from 7:00 to 9:30pm. Come enjoy an evening of fellowship in or by the pool. Grills are available for your use.

Married Couple’s Course: Living Life To The Full Jesus’ Way With Rod & Laura Simpson God created us in His image to be in relationship with Him and with one another. Women's Retreat November 7-9, 2025 Glen Eyrie Conference Center THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT Shelly Volkhardt Join us as we retreat to the beautiful grounds of Glen Eyrie Conference Center where missionary, author, and speaker Shelly Volkhardt joins us to teach about growing in the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Shelly Volkhardt - Born in Taiwan to missionary parents, Shelly committed her life to Christ at 13 and felt a call as a missionary. While getting her B.A. in English at Biola, she spent summers on mission trips. She and her husband, Glen, have served with HCJB and now work with Paraclete in various capacities. They lived in Ecuador, Costa Rica, and now Colorado. She loves serving as a wife, mother to their now two grown sons - both married, and grandmother to their four grandchildren.. She enjoys singing, drama, reading, hiking, and walking. Her gifts include encouragement, teaching, and exhortation. Two of the books she co-wrote include “Holy Habits” and “Kitchen Table Counseling.” She loves to teach Bible studies for women hungry to deepen their walk with the Lord and to mentor, counsel, and encourage women - utilizing her certification as a facilitator of “Untying the Knots of the Heart," a 22 lesson journey for healing the wounds we carry.
